Little Round Top

Hello Everyone,

I created a vintage layout from material used from Swirlydoos.  The paper is so beautiful and Victorian.  I have stepped out of my comfort zone to try new ways to create beautiful artwork. (well, I think it beautiful. LOL)

I used a vintage clock from Dusty Attic that I sponged with Vintage Photo ink.  The photo I also inked the edges with vintage photo.  The paper is from GCD Ella Blue collection and I inked the edges of that as well.

I used Petaloo flowers in the top right corner along with some roses that I made my self.  I used AC cardstock and some Tim Holtz Faded Jeans inks along with some silver stickels.  I made one darker rose with Glimmer mist and adhered it to the layout. Prima pearl flourishes were used underneath the flowers.

In the top right corner, I used a jeweled Victorian broach that I received from Swirlydoos.  This is such a beautiful addition to the layout.  It is elegant and captures the aged look of the photo.

Little Round Top was a battle ground between the North and the South.  It was a somber day and this layout seems to capture the meaning behind the photo.

Thanks for stopping by.

Michelle
